What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at contact@camarasdeluz.store

How will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, return the item to us along with a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

Can I return a sale item?

Unfortunately, only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

What should I do if I haven't received my refund?

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@camarasdeluz.store

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What is your policy on returning gifts?

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
